About Abram
About Abram Anderson

Hello, i am Abram Anderson. I grew up with six brothers, three of them have died.
One died from a motorcycle accident leaving behind his wife and kids
One died from committing suicide on Christmas day
And my brother Sam died from an inoperable brain tumor
I was an end-of-life caregiver for my brother who died of cancer and that’s what started my journey
I still remember how sterile that Intensive Care Unit felt
The smell of disinfectant
Stress through the roof trying to hold it together for my family even though I was just a high school student myself
At 9:30pm i told my mom “You can go to bed. I got this” taking over the night shift for Sam
Sam had an inoperable brain tumor, a Do-Not-Resuscitate(DNR) bracelet, and a 0% of surviving his cancer diagnosis
We had no idea if he would die this week, this year, or this decade
So I started taking time away from high school so I could be the caregiver for my brother
I saw him gradually decline over the course of a year
The first time he was rushed to the emergency room was because he had a headache
After emergency surgery they relieved the pressure build up in his skull
He made it
.
.
.
After a week in the Intensive Care Unit(ICU) he got a fever which meant he likely had an infection
If that infection caused swelling in his brain he would die
We needed another emergency surgery the next morning when the surgeon got in
So I told my mom again:
“You can go to bed. I got this”
A few hours around midnight Sam told me
Sam: “Abram, come here”
What do you need Sam?
Sam: “I just want to say…I really appreciate you being here for me. It means a lot”
That was the last full sentence my brother ever said to me…
.
.
.
They think he had a stroke during the operation
I’ve thought about that exact moment a thousand times
I don’t know if I get tears of joy or sadness because I miss him so much 😭
Sam didn’t die that night
His speech started to slur after that
Physically he went downhill
I had to carry to the bathroom towards the end of his life because he couldn’t walk at all
I went through the grieving process over and over and over again
Absolutely exhausted
The stress of being a caregiver for a family member is a type of physical and emotional drain that’s hard to explain
Day after day I would start with a deep sigh followed by a deep breath
Just (breathe out) (breathe in)
I didn’t have time to feel sorry for myself
My diet was garbage
My sleep was garbage
My life was basically on pause
I stopped going to high school all together
After Sam died i felt a profound sense of relief and guilt for feeling that relief
I went back to high school and had to get a placement test to see how far behind I was
Basically I would take the final exam for each class needed to graduate from high school and i could only test out if i passed
But i actually tested out of all but 2 classes
That means I went from being behind in high school…
…to graduating early
It worked out ❤️
I’m telling you this because if you just focus on truly helping people it’ll come back to you tenfold
I never would’ve that incredible moment with Sam if I was taking actions based on how I was feeling
It didn’t stop me from being successful
Sometimes life feels hard because it is hard
On the other side of that it makes you strong enough to handle whatever life throws your way
Life just keeps getting harder
But that’s okay
It will feel easier to lose weight and get healthier because you will be stronger.
After high school is when I started following my Kaizen method to help myself get out of a clinical depression that lasted 18 years of my life.
As a byproduct of achieving better mental health and getting my cortisol in check, I lost 40 pounds. That’s how I got smaller and stronger.
This experience taught me that it’s never the “perfect time” and I shouldn’t just wait for life to get better on its own.
When i keep doing the same thing i would get the same result
Doing something different was the only way to get a different result
I had to take actions based on my goals instead of how i was feeling
When i started getting consistent thing felt easier
This book/course/audiobook will not make your life easier, but it can make you strong enough to handle whatever life throws your way.
So it following this method drastically improved my life
But when my wife, Gen, needed to lose 60 pounds, the traditional diets and exercise just did not work at all.
And no, she is not pregnant in this picture; she just had a big, bloated cortisol belly from all of the hormonal stress.
She gained weight literally everywhere. You can see it in her feet—how do you gain weight in your feet? It was all over, all from hormonal stress.
That’s when I paid a crapload of money to learn from the best and brightest minds around permanent behavior change, the gut microbiome, and women’s hormonal health. Studying and learning from the world's top experts including Mel Robbins, Dr. Sara Gottfried, Dr. Michael Greger, James Clear, Dr. Jason Fung, Dr. Amy Shah, Dr. Gabor Maté, Dr. Benjamin Hardy, Aviva Romm, Tim Ferriss, Dr Rhonda Patrick and many more.
After implementing what I learned from these experts and having my wife follow my Data Driven Decision approach, she was able to lose 60 pounds in two months. And she has kept that weight off for more than 12 years now, all as a byproduct of better digestive and hormonal health through my data-driven decision approach.
I’ve been a professional nutritionist since 2008 and my University Degree is in Applied Health Sciences. But after learning from the experts and helping my wife, I am now a published author and a public speaker on women’s hormonal health. I’ve been featured in major news publications, including New York Weekly, Los Angeles Wire, and US Reporter, because my clients are seeing freaking awesome results.
My wife is the reason why this program exists. I have dedicated my life to helping women just like her that have hormonal issues lose their body fat as a byproduct, so they can get rid of that frustration and finally see results naturally.
We’ve helped thousands of women lose weight the easy way
No counting calories
No taking supplements
Just a natural approach that’s guaranteed to work
That’s what i’m going to teach you in this book / audiobook / course
So hopefully i can truly help you too
